The council provided food and cooked for the parish's annual picnic. Thanks to all who came out and braved the heatwave to eat burgers and hotdogs with us!

June 2nd
The council held our second Corpus Christi eucharistic procession. This year we were able to provide color corps members, and we also had our own mobile PA system.
Giant thanks to all who came out and to all who helped with the event! We know next year's will be even better!

The council held an exemplification for four new members!
We are very happy to welcome aboard these men.
March 23rd
We hosted an Easter egg hunt for the parish this morning. Light refreshments (coffee, donuts, bagels and candy, of course) were also available to attending families.
Thank you to brother Klippel for taking on the responsibility of ordering (and packing) new eggs for the council.

Fr. Justin came out and spoke to us about the history of the Carmelite order. He also shared with us information about the cloistered nuns who recently moved to our area, and the monastary that they are building.

January 29th
Most Rev Matthew Kwasi Gyamfi, Bishop of Sunyani Diocese, Ghana, celebrated Mass at St Thomas More on Monday. This is the home diocese of Father Bosomafi-our Pastor and Council Chaplain. Many of our council members helped with spreading awareness of this event in our parish, along with providing desserts and refreshments after the Mass.

December 12th
The council held its annual Christmas dinner party.

December 10th
The council hosted a Kid's Christmas party for the St. Thomas More parish community.
There were stations for arts and crafts, cookie making, present wrapping, and someone who looked suspiciously like Bill Wagner was dressed up as good ole' Saint Nicholas!

The council held the 2023 Light Up For Christ event.
We were very happy to see such a big turnout, despite below freezing temperatures!

The council held an exemplification for two new Knights in two different councils.

The Annual Council Golf Tournament took place at the Honesdale Golf Club. Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed the day with us!

August 8th
The council held our second benefit for Options Women's Center, located in Scranton, PA.
Their representatives were once again very friendly and knowledgable before, during, and after their presentation.
We are very thankful for all the wonderful work they do, and hope to see them again next year!

The council distributed awards to members who have shown outstanding service to the council and our community!
March 18th
The council hosted it's first Saint Patrick's Dinner & Dance since that thing happened in 2020. It was absolutely wonderful being able to spend so much time with fellow Brother Knights and members of our parish community.

The council helped with providing and serving food for the Faith Formation Luncheon.
December 22nd
Fr. Bosomafi and our chancellor Bill Wagner spent Thursday morning visiting seniors at Julia Ribaudo Nursing Home.

Ed Sparkoski was named as our council's Knight Of The Year.

The council held its annual Christmas at Capri's restraunt.
A social hour was held before the meal, and a Catholic trivia game was had afterwards.

The council welcomed in members Randy Rasure, Mark J Durdach, Robert Rosko, as well as transferees Gregory DeRoner and Mark E Durdach.

Last Week Of November
Council members assisted with setting up the platform for St Thomas More's outdoor nativity display.
November 26th
The council distributed coats we gathered for the Coats For Kids charity drive. At least 200 coats were made available to the community!
First Week Of November
The winner (a local 7th grader) of our "Celebrate Life" banner contest had his art professionally printed and hung in front of St. Thomas More.

October 22-23
Our council met with parishoners before and after every mass the fourth weekend in October. A represenative also gave a small speech after mass, quickly outlining what the Knights are, and what we do for our community.

A chili cookoff and raffle was held at St Thomas More.

August 26 – September 4
Members staffed a booth at the Greene Dreher Sterling Community Fair. Over 1,425 football tickets were sold, and many, many donations were received from our wonderful community!
August 9th
Our parish knights and their families donated over $1600 in money and gifts to Options Women's Center. A pro-life pregnancy resource organization. They counsel women throughout and after their pregnancy to avoid termination.
July 24
A ceremony was held for the installation of officers for the 2022-2023 Fraternal Year.
July 18
Our Knights of Columbus council inducted two new members, Bob Morrone and Eric Pass.
Congratulations to them!
